An entrepreneur asked me to conceptualized a system for sharing and renting parking slots on Bogota in order to find potential investors.
Different data market was analyzed in order to highlight the real user’s insights.
Then the promise of value was defined:
We are going to help Millennials Workers with Cars find a parking lot: easy, reliable and affordable in highly congested areas and complicated range of hours, on areas were it's difficult to find parking lot available, through a system that connect supply with demand.
The persona was defined, and validated through personal interviews.
Flowcharts whit customer journey were made in order to understand the whole user’s processes.
Information Architecture and Wireframes were developed.
I also create the name of upark and developed its brand identity.
